Mind My Money 0.1.0

You sign in to your bank in a browser on your own computer. The app's AI reads the statements from there, every transaction your bank lets you download, and names the company behind each payment, so that a line like "PAYPAL *2K4L9" gets the name of the shop you paid. It sorts them into groups and writes you a report for every month, every quarter, every year, and the last twelve months. A report shows where the money went, what changed against the month before and the same month a year earlier, and what is surprising in it. It never tells you what to do with your money.

What recurs gets a list of its own, ranked by what it costs you in a year, and for each one you say, typing or speaking, whether you want to keep it. When you say cancel, it goes to that company's site with you and does it, one at a time and only with your yes, then loads that company's own page afterwards to check that it has actually stopped. What that saves is counted as a running total.

The app keeps your statements, the names and the reports as plain files in a folder on your computer that you can open yourself. The AI that reads them is Claude, running through your own Claude subscription.

What is in 0.1.0

• Every transaction named, with the evidence for the name, and the ones it could not name shown in one place, where you can say what they were in your own words or ask it to look further, in the photos you took that day and, on the Mac, your messages and calendar around it.
• Reports per month, quarter, year and the last twelve months, in any of 24 languages, which you can change at any time from the bottom of the screen. A report says when one of your accounts does not cover the whole period.
• Pictures in every report, drawn from your own transactions and checked against them, and more when you ask: put a question about your spending and it draws the answer.
• Keep or cancel, one decision per recurring payment, and a saving is counted only once the company's own page confirms it.
• The iPhone app shows the reports and the questions, and you can answer from your phone.
