Getting hold of us.

There are two doors, and picking the right one saves you a day. Anything the Mac app did or failed to do should be reported from inside the app — it can send its own logs, and we can't guess at them from here.

Start here for anything about a run

Report it from inside the app

A run that stopped, a shop it couldn't name, a bank it couldn't get into, a report that came out wrong, the app not launching — all of it lives in logs on your Mac. The app can bundle those and send them with your description in one go.

You see the exact payload before it sends, and you can veto any of it.

Three steps, in the app
  1. 1Press ⌘, for Settings, then Support
  2. 2Say what happened, by voice or by typing, and what you were doing when it did
  3. 3Read the preview, then send — or copy it and email it to us instead
Or have it investigated on the spot

The same pane has Investigate with Claude Code. It opens a session with your description, the recent logs and the state of your folder already loaded, and you can watch it work through the problem. Often faster than waiting for us — and if it doesn't get there, send the report anyway.

Everything else

Write to us here

Payments, receipts, your amount, a refund, a question before you install, an idea, or you can't get the app to run at all. This reaches one person, so plain English is fine.

Press & interviews[email protected]. There is one of us, so it will be him.
Trademark & brand[email protected].
A specific receipt — use the form above and pick Payments or receipts; it reaches the same place faster.
Rather just email? [email protected]. No ticket system, no bot, no queue position — it's a small company and you're writing to the person who wrote the code.
Worth checking first
A run that's gone quiet

Usually one of three things: your Mac slept, a login expired, or the AI hit a usage limit and parked itself. The app's own status line says which. Nothing is lost either way; a month survives being interrupted and picks up.

A paid licence the app can't see

Paying happens on this site; having happens in the app. Open Mind My Money, click the Mind My Money icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen, and choose “Sign in to Mind My Money”. Use the same address you paid with. Check what your account holds.

It won't get into a bank

Some sites can't be automated at all, and that's expected rather than broken. Download the statement yourself, drop it in the folder, and it carries on from there. If it's a bank you think should work, tell us which one.

Setup won't finish

Almost always the install step. This is the part we most want to hear about, so write here rather than fighting it. What it needs, and why.

A shop it could not name

Not a support issue. Tell it in the app what the payment was and it remembers, so the same one is named next month. That's what it's for.

Something it got wrong about your spending

Correct it in the app rather than telling us; corrections are kept and applied next month. Tell us only if it keeps making the same mistake after you've corrected it.
