The short list of companies involved when you hold an account with us or visit this site. Your money is not on it.
Mind My Money does its work on your own computer, so this list covers only accounts, payments, this website and the downloads. The details of what we hold are in the privacy policy.

Your financial data is not processed by anybody on our behalf, including us. Statements, transactions, reports and your answers are files in a folder on your computer. There is no Mind My Money copy of them to hand to a sub-processor.
Anthropic and OpenAI are not our sub-processors. The app's AI runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription, under your own agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI. We are not a party to it and send them nothing.
Apple is not our sub-processor either. The iPhone app syncs through your own iCloud, under your agreement with Apple, and we receive nothing from it.
Sign-in providers are not our sub-processors. On this website you can sign in with Apple, Google or GitHub instead of an emailed code. If you do, that company tells us your email address and name, under your own account with it. In the apps you sign in with a code we email you.
If we add a sub-processor we update this page before it starts handling anything. If you would rather be told directly, ask us and we will write to you.
